Ready to learn English?

In class

Learn English for everyday life in your community. Improve your English skills and confidence. We offer a range of class times, venues and levels, taught by qualified teachers. You can learn in the classroom or online.

For work

Free English classes for jobseekers and employees who are New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.

At home

Learn at home with a trained tutor. Learn the Kiwi English and culture you need for everyday life. Each lesson is designed to meet your needs.

EfM/PELT*

English for Migrants (EfM) is for people who pre-paid Immigration New Zealand for English lessons before they arrived in the country. (PELT - *Pre-purchased English Language Tuition)

Become a volunteer

Tutor English and help a refugee background or migrant learner gain the skills and confidence they need to settle successfully in Aotearoa New Zealand.
